When you submit the inquiry form on the Contact page, we collect the information you voluntarily provide: name, email address, phone number (optional), inquiry type, building type, and the content of your message. We do not collect payment data or require account registration.
3. Purpose of Processing
We use the data solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote or consultation, and contact you by phone or email regarding your project if needed.
4. Legal Basis
We process your data under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract — and under our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries submitted to us.
5. Who We Share Data With
Form submissions are stored in a database provided by Supabase and sent as an email notification via Resend. Both providers act as data processors on our behalf under data processing terms. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Separately from the form, with your explicit consent (see the cookie banner) we use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) for anonymized visit statistics. Google Analytics does not run unless you select “Accept”. See our Cookie Policy for details.
6. Retention Period
We retain inquiry data for as long as necessary to process your request and any follow-up communication, but no longer than [retention period — to be defined, e.g. 2 years from last contact], unless a contractual relationship arises between us, in which case separate statutory retention periods apply.
